Return Policy

We stand behind our products. If it's your first order, and you aren't enjoying the product within 30 days of consistent use, or if it's your first order of that SKU, we'll refund you. If you ordered multiples of the same SKU and would like to return all of the product, we will refund one item with no questions, but will request the remaining products to be returned unopened to us in order to qualify for a full refund.

Once your return is processed, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.  If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Funds will be released based on the policies of your payment provider. 

Refund Hasn’t Posted to Your Bank?

Different banks have different policies when it comes to returns and refunds, so it's best to check with your bank to see when the refund will appear in your account. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted, but that time will vary based on your bank’s policies.

Returns

Opened products are not eligible for refunds unless they qualify for the instances noted in our 30-Day Refund Policy. We do accept returns for any unopened, unintended purchases, as long as we are notified within 30 days of purchase.

 

2-Order Minimum Subscription Policy

In order to maintain the discounted pricing of 20% off on all subscription orders, there is a minimum commitment of two orders before cancellation. There is a one-time purchase option available for those who do not want to take advantage of the discount or the subscription service. We want to ensure that our subscribers enjoy the best price possible and this policy enables us to do so.
